Crochet Detachable Flower

This is such a fun, cute, little flower that is the perfect addition to any hat. And the best part? It's detachable! I've sold many of these adorable little hats with 5 detachable flowers in color of choice. Hope you all enjoy! :)

This pattern is the property of Brooke Rabideau at BluebabyboutiqueDesignsbyBBB, or brabideau on Ravelry  Feel free to sell any items made, but please link back to me if you share :)

Round 1: Ch 8, slst to first ch to make a ring
Round 2: (Ch2, 4dc, ch2, slst) 5 times into the ring to make 5 petals
Round 3: (Ch 3, slst around 3rd dc of the previous round) 5 times. Slst into the first ch3 space.
Round 4: (Ch 2, 4dc, ch2, slst, slst into the next ch3 space) 5 times in the ch 3 loops of the previous round. Tie off and weave in ends

Note: You don’t need to leave a tail to sew onto your project, because you’ll be putting it over a button. However, if you don’t want it detachable, feel free to close the hole (or do a MC instead of the chains) and sew it on. :)
