I've been getting lots of Ninja Turtle Hat orders for Halloween, so I finally decided to write the pattern up! Hope you enjoy!

Ninja Turtle Hat
What you'll need:
* Size H
hook
* I love
this yarn in green, black, white, and either red, orange, purple, or blue for
contrasting band color
* Crochet
needle for sewing in ends
Gauge:
with H hook, 6dc and 4 rows= 2”x 2”
Abbreviations:
*MC- magic circle
*slst- slip
stitch
*dc- double crochet
*CSDC- chainless
starting double crochet

Note:
I’ve omitted the chains at the begging of the rounds to get rid of the seam.
I’ve added the chainless starting double crochet instead. The CSDC of each
round will act like your chain and will be hidden in your work and not
crocheted into. Make sure you place your last dc in the same stitch you placed
your CSDC, and slst to the 1st dc of the round. You’ll be skipping over
the CSDC when you slst to join. (See pics below)
