Stitches:
Chainless
starting double crochet- I make my CSDC just like a dc. It will be hidden behind
your other stitches, so there is no need to do the traditional twist before you
start your stitch. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QI5j4I-tktk)
Note: I’ve
omitted the chains at the begging of the rounds to get rid of the seam. I’ve
added the chainless starting double crochet instead. The CSDC of each round
will act like your chain and will be hidden in your work and not crocheted
into. Make sure you place your last dc in the same stitch you placed your CSDC,
and slst to the 1st dc of the round. You’ll be skipping over the CSDC when
you slst to join. (see YouTube tutorial for help)

you're looking at your hat upside down when you attach, so your stitches will
be facing the right way) Repeat Rows 1-5 of Ear flap 1 but do not tie off. Sc
down left side of Ear flap and each stitch around hat and other ear flap. Tie off and weave in ends.

Eyes (make 2)- With Black, Taupe, White, Grey, and an H hook
